WireBliss Logo I & Facebook Fan Page

WireBliss Logo I
This is what I have been busy with today.
Since this blog makeover last Feb, I have been wanting to create the logo with wire.
Finally did it today with several fine copper wires twisted together.
WireBliss Logo 2010
This is "Logo I" as I foresee more to come, till I am satisfied with it ;D

Finally got this one up and running too (although I created it many many weeks ago)
For those already became fan, thank you! (although I have not send out invitation :))

Jade Donut Pendant, Chinese Pipa

The last time I made a similar pendant was in April 01, 2008 - look at this post.
Exactly 2 years and 2 days ago! just notice the date when linking the post :)
How time flies.
Revisited, with a slightly bigger jade, unakite, red coral and agate (because its a custom order).

If you would like to learn how to make the pipa wrap with wire,
or Chinese Knots with wire, Corra has the tutorial/s.

Corra is an expert in Chinese Knotting with wire.
(disclaimer - Corra's PIPA knot tutorial is for earrings and not this pendant
don't want to be blamed for misleading later on. Need a bit of modification for this piece)
Happy weekend and creating :)

Rewired Necklace, Braided Ring, Lala Clams

Today is for relaxing.
Just taking my own sweet time and not worrying about the long list of "todo"
Went out for lunch with the family then off to Bako - as usual in search of fresh fish and seafood.
Got some little fish and lala clams for dinner tonight. Yummy!

Here's what I completed today.
Re-wiring of this Chinese bead necklace.
Added the two Labradorite (on top of the brown stones) for its "labradorescence".
Hope the wearer will benefits from the Labrodorite - strength, clarity, perseverance and integration.
Re-wiring of this Chinese bead necklace
Pretty heavy and plus size.
Braided ring with blue stone
This braided ring is an experimental piece....again!
Not so successful as the wire, 23ga is too thin for this design.
Can't do much as the size of the hole does not allow bigger wire :(
Will look for alternatives.
Have a great remaining weekend.

Studs oh Studs!

First the good news - at least for me :)
I got my Twice Around the World (TAW) tutorial pictures back!!!! :D
Haven't really look through them one by one but I think they are all there.
Not sure how it was done but I am a very happy woman since yesterday.
Now, I just need to find the time to write the tutorial.
Before that, got to finish few custom orders first.

Finally in the mood to create again after the SD card incidence.
So, here are three wire wrapped stud earrings I completed this morning.
