This set was started last weekend but only managed to complete today. This is a commissioned set based on Corra's Pipa Knotting method. The pendant measures about 2.5 in long while the earring is about 1.8 in from end to end. Used all Swarovski Crystal for this set - teardrop Swarovski Crystals with mix of 4mm, 5mm and 6mm bicone Swarovski Crystals. It will be a sparkly Xmas for the owner..:D

A Variation to the Stud Earrings - dangle

If you have purchased my tutorial earlier, here is a variation to the Wire Wrap Stud Earrings that you can try out. Instead of bending the wire 90 degree to form the posts, leave this wire straight up and longer, about 5 cm which is use to form a wire wrap loops and later on the spirals at the front. Email or leave me comment if you have questions.

Background:
This tutorial teaches you one of the variations of the herringbone weave technique - a caged bead with a modified herringbone weave technique. When done, you may use this bead as part of your bracelet, necklace, anklet, etc, component.

Material and Tools:
5 cm (2 in) 20ga wire
45 cm (18 in) 24ga wire
1 round bead/stone, 8mm

Tools - Bend nose pliers, round nose pliers and wire cutters.

Remake - Plastic Coins and Wire Beads

This piece is a remake from a stringed necklace. The rounded rather dull colored beads are plastic. I added a wire wrap bead to give it a bit of shine. And this is all I did today. Hopefully later tonight I can work on my 4th tutorial.
