Wire Wrapped Cuff

This one took a long time to make. Mostly on coiling 28g wire around each of the 10 pieces of 20ga wire. The outcome is ok though, so I am not complaining :) Wire wrapped cuffHolding the Wire wrapped cuffWire wrapped cuff around my wrist

Back to Black Again

Well, I am redoing my blog again....why? because it doesn't load properly with IE. Not that I know why but I figure maybe I have been playing around to much with the html. Anyway, I tried accessing with IE a while ago and it loaded. However, it gave me a two column view. Argh!! It is suppose to be 3 columns......but I am not going to do anything about it anymore. At least I am quite sure its not me, its IE.

It loads properly with FireFox and Google Chrome. Two out of 3 is fine with me. I will stick with this one for now. Just too much time to change the template each time.

Back to the template, its back to black again but still maintaining the 3 columns. Pictures look clearer with a black background, don't you think so? Love the bottom columns though. Can do a lot with them.

Got to get some sleep now....its almost 3.00 am. Lots to do tomorrow.
Will post some new photos of completed pretties tomorrow :) Too tired now.

Facing the Cobra - Braided Bracelet

The name came to my mind while I was editing the pictures of this braided wire bracelet. Didn't realize it really looks like a cobra head while I was braiding it. Took me two afternoon to finish this piece since this is my first time. The first try was a mistake - wire not long enough so I got a half bracelet LOL! Maybe I can turn it into a ring instead :)

Once upon a time, I used to braid my hair this way....such a long time ago when I used to keep my hair long. Can't do that anymore as now I keep my hair very very short - no time to spend on hair anymore. Better spend them on wires and stones :)
Anyway, on my second attempt, success! thus Facing the Cobra! See it for yourself and enjoy.
I used 22ga wire for the braid and 28ga for the weaving. Stones are Swarovski Crystals and rose quartz.
